What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role, you will educate clients on CPAP therapy and ensure proper fitting of CPAP equipment
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager and Customer Service team to meet store sales and margin targets
• Further, you will work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted on time
• Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracking order status or product shipments, and resolving issues
• You shall stock shelves and set up in-store promotional materials
• Engage with vendors to help educate all staff on CPAP therapy products
• You will be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, maintaining the ongoing accuracy of customer information
• Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current

• Ability to up-sell products and services to support sales growth
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
• You possess strong time management skills, able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and follow through on tasks
• Results-oriented and organized, with the drive to exceed sales and margin targets and manage priorities effectively
• Also, you have the ability to build and manage relationships with current and new customers, as well as referral sources
• Safety-conscious, self-motivated team player, able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

This is an existing position with an annual salary range of $46,000 – $50,000.
