Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage scheduling, patient communication, and front-desk coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies.
  • Supervise and motivate office staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Oversee financial processes, including billing, collections, and insurance claims.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and team members.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize workflows and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, admin Team lead or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., OPEN DENTAL).
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences.
