Mommy & Me Family Chiropractic is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable team member to join our family-focused practice.

We care for patients of all ages, from newborns to grandparents, with a special focus on pregnancy, postpartum, pediatric, and family chiropractic care. Every day, we have the privilege of helping families move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.

About the Role

This is a role that combines patient care support, clinical documentation, and front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients and families
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Processing payments and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with patient histories and intake procedures
  • Supporting chiropractic examinations, digital posture assessments, and other patient care procedures
  • Assisting doctors with accurate note-taking, clinical documentation, and patient record management
  • Recording patient information with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrating simple doctor-prescribed stretches and exercises
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
