Parkway Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Administrator to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave position, with the potential for future opportunities within our growing practice.

We are seeking someone who is organized, positive, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy creating exceptional patient experiences, working alongside an incredible team, and taking pride in keeping a busy office running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Job details:

Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth

Manage a specific doctors schedule coordinating with the clinical team

Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling

Coordinate patient recalls and treatment bookings

Process insurance claims, estimates, and payments

Maintain accurate patient records

Help deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Previous dental administration experience

Experience with ClearDent is considered an asset

Strong communication and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

A passion for outstanding customer service
