Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Dental Administrative Assistant to join our busy, multi-provider dental clinic with 10 operatories. In this role, you will manage one doctor’s schedule and provide exceptional support to our patients and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain one provider’s schedule efficiently.
  • Answer phones, emails, and text messages from patients promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare accurate treatment estimates for patients prior to starting care.
  • Assist with insurance billing (we bill directly to patients’ insurance).
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2* years of dental administrative experience*.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $28–$38 per hour (based on experience).
  • Extended Health Benefits.
  • RRSP Matching Program..

Hours are:
Monday7:30am-5:30pm

Tuesday 7:30am - 5:30pm

Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Saturday 7:30am - 5:30pm

We are closed for every stat holiday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
