Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to both patients and healthcare providers. This position requires strong administrative skills and familiarity with medical terminology, as well as experience in managing electronic medical records.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical or of other healthcare setting is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the legal, insurance or disability management space is an asset.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex situations as needed.
