Administrative Assistant – Dental Office

East End Ottawa | Full-Time

Are you an organized, friendly, and motivated dental administrator who loves creating an exceptional patient experience? We’d love to meet you!

Our modern, beautifully designed dental center in Ottawa’s east end is growing, and we’re looking for a Dental Administrative Assistant to join our supportive and dedicated team.

We take pride in providing outstanding patient care in a warm, welcoming environment where our patients always come first. If you’re a team player who enjoys a fast-paced, positive workplace and values professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.

Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient communications.

Process treatment plans, insurance claims, and payments.

Maintain accurate patient records using AbleDent.

Support the clinical team to ensure the office runs efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience working in a dental office is required.

Experience with AbleDent is an asset.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A positive attitude with a passion for excellent customer service.

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
