The Ottawa & District Physiotherapy Clinic is a full-services clinic with an unsurpassed reputation for providing excellence and wellness in Physiotherapy care and rehabilitation services for over 40 years.

We have an immediate opening for a bilingual Office Administrator/Receptionist with PROVEN experience, preferably in a medical setting. The ideal candidate can work independently, efficiently, and enjoys working with the public.

Job Skills:

  • multi-tasking with ability to work independently.
  • excellent communications (verbal and written).
  • highly organized.
  • computer proficiency in Word, Excel, social media.

Job Duties:

  • greeting patients
  • patient scheduling
  • computer billing and POS processing
  • record keeping and chart management
  • communicating with doctor's offices, medical clinics, and hospitals
  • answering telephone
