We are looking for a passionate, collaborative Women's Health & Pediatric Physiotherapist who is excited to be part of something from the ground up. Northwood Women & Children’s Wellness is growing from the roots, and we’re looking for the right person to help us create an exceptional experience for every woman, child and family who walks through our doors.

We are looking for a Patient Experience & Clinic Coordinator who is organized, personable, professional and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming patients and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing bookings, phone calls, emails and patient inquiries
  • Supporting patient intake, payments and administrative processes
  • Coordinating schedules for our multidisciplinary team
  • Using clinic management and booking software to support day-to-day operations
  • Managing patient communications, appointment reminders and administrative follow-up
  • Helping keep the clinic organized and running smoothly
  • Supporting a positive, welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Contributing to the growth of a brand-new women’s and children’s wellness clinic

We’re looking for someone who is

  • Warm, friendly and approachable
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicating with patients, families and healthcare providers
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software
  • Able to multitask in a busy healthcare environment
  • Professional, dependable and proactive
  • Passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience

Experience with Jane App clinic management software is an asset. Healthcare administration, physiotherapy, medical or multidisciplinary clinic experience is also an asset.
