Solar Dental is looking for an experienced, driven Office Manager to lead our growing Guelph office.

About Us

Solar Dental is expanding! Our state-of-the-art Guelph office opened just over a year ago and has been growing quickly ever since. We're looking for an Office Manager to help lead the team through this next stage of growth — a great opportunity to make a real impact in a modern, rapidly expanding practice.

About the Role

As Office Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, lead the front-office and support team, and help ensure our patients receive an outstanding experience from the moment they walk in. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily front-office and administrative operations

Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising administrative staff

Managing patient scheduling and optimizing the appointment book

Overseeing billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable

Ensuring compliance with office policies and health & safety standards

Managing supply ordering and vendor relationships

Supporting recruitment and onboarding as the office grows

Acting as a key point of contact between the dentists, staff, and patients

Identifying opportunities to improve office efficiency and patient experience

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a leadership role in a dental or medical office

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfort working with dental practice management and scheduling software

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for building great teams
