We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinic Manager to join our team!

Skin Vitality Medical Clinic is the #1 Provider of Botox®, Juvéderm®, CoolSculpting®, PRP Hair Restoration, Sculptra®, EMSculpt® and Morpheus 8® in Canada with 14 Locations in Ontario. We have grown 1000% in the last 5 years, opening 5 new locations.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team, who takes pride in patient care. This position requires excellent communication skills, natural leadership abilities, strong computer skills, and a penchant for creative problem-solving. Qualified candidates must be well organized, patient service-focused, detailed-orientated, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Acting under the supervision of the Director of Operations/Assistant Director of Operations, the Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Skin Vitality Medical Clinic. The Clinic Manager manages the clinic’s performance and oversees all patient relations. They provide coaching, mentorship and administrative support, oversee the hiring and training of staff members, liaison with patients to maintain optimal operational flow and work collaboratively with all departments to continuously improve clinic standards for both staff and patients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promoting a high-end Medical Clinic atmosphere in appearance and delivery while upholding our company values
  • Managing day to day operations of the clinic and clinic inventory/stock levels
  • Leading, training and overseeing all staff
  • Building and actively managing clinic schedules
  • Processing payments, resolve monetary discrepancies
  • Acting as a first point of contact for Medical Team (including Doctors, NPs, RNs, RPNs, Medical Associates, Receptionists) and patients
  • Providing exceptional customer service, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for our patients
  • Meeting all team deadlines and responsibilities
  • Promoting a positive company culture that values integrity, inclusion, collaboration, communication and teamwork
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve clinic standards
  • Other duties as assigned by Directors of Operations
