Our team of skilled practitioners offers a range of services, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and more. Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team full-time. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our healthcare professionals. If you are passionate about health and wellness and have strong administrative skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments for various healthcare practitioners using clinic software.
  • Billing and Payments: Process payments, issue receipts, and manage insurance claims and billing inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and update client records, ensure forms are completed, and assist with filing and documentation.
  • Clinic Operations: Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Communication: Liaise between clients and practitioners to ensure seamless communication and resolve any concerns.

Full-Time Shifts:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 11:30 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Friday - 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday - 9 am to 3 pm (possibility for 2 Saturday a month)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an office administrator in a physiotherapy or chiropractic or similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for health and wellness is highly desirable.

  • Must enjoy working with a culturally diverse patient population and treat every patient with the highest level of kindness and respect at all times
