Hiring: Medical Office Assistant / Administrator

We are currently seeking a Medical Office Assistant to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to work across two clinic locations:

  • Pure Medical Clinic – North Vancouver (3053 Edgemont Blvd #104, North Vancouver, BC)

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Part-Time
  • Compensation: Competitive; based on experience

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical clinic is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work at multiple clinic locations
  • Experience with EMR systems (Oscar, Juno, or Med Access) is considered an asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient check-in and check-out
  • Scheduling appointments and managing phone inquiries
  • Processing referrals and completing medical forms
  • Managing electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Providing general administrative support to the clinic team
