Full job description

The CPAP Expert Clinic in Woodbridge is looking for a highly professional, dependable, and trustworthy Clinic Manager. The position would be an exciting opportunity as we are a team of dynamic, caring, and client-oriented professionals providing a supportive and innovative work environment. Our reputation is built on compassionate and quality care and a successful candidate should share a certain set of values as they pertain to client care and support.

The role would include providing full administrative and billing support to our team of medical professionals in the office.

A successful candidate should have the following qualities and qualifications:

  • minimum of 1-3 years as a clinic manager in medical office setting
  • Passion for helping people
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • A proven track record of strong prioritization/time-management abilities
  • A proven track record to create and maintain positive working relationships
  • Superb client service and organizational skills
  • Full proficiency with MS Office Package; good typing speed (40 words/minute)
  • Medical Office Assistance certificate or equivalent
  • Knowledge of EMR software is an asset - Accuro preferred
  • A post-secondary education would be an asset

The responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with medical/management team to facilitate patients' flow
  • Booking appointments and follow-up visits
  • Managing/updating medical records and other office documentation, including legal and insurance
  • Managing incoming/outgoing faxes, emails, and other correspondence
  • Helping with the development of various policies, procedures, and tasks
  • Billing (both governmental and private)
  • Ordering and keeping track of office and medical supplies
  • Other roles and duties as required

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday + Saturdays - exact hours to be determined with the candidate
