**Senior Estimator**

**Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and negotiation. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in determining project costs and ensuring accurate pricing to support successful project completion.

**Duties:**

- Conduct thorough construction estimating to determine project costs

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements

- Utilize tools such as Bluebeam and Accubid to prepare accurate estimates

- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates

- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

- Build relationships with vendors and subcontractors to support ongoing project needs

**Requirements:**

-Proficiency in the english language

-Experience in MS office programs such as excel and word etc

- Proven experience in mechanical estimating

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing

- Proficiency in using estimating software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners
