WHO WE ARE

Green Matters Technologies Inc. was founded in British Columbia as a private Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and has evolved into a visionary company that focuses on creating environmentally sustainable products in the energy sector.

We develop advanced heat recovery technologies - "Captive Energy" trademark and energy systems that help buildings dramatically reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions while delivering real financial value. Our solutions combine thermodynamics, controls, software, and real-world engineering to solve some of the most challenging heating and cooling problems across commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

We're building an engineering-driven organization where innovation moves quickly, ideas become products, and every team member has the opportunity to make a measurable impact. We design, manufacture, install, commission, and continuously improve our own technologies, giving our people the rare opportunity to see their work evolve from concept to reality.

We're still growing, which means there is enormous opportunity. You'll have the chance to work alongside experienced engineers, collaborate across multiple disciplines, influence product direction, and help shape the future of our company—not just your own role.

We look for people who are curious, resourceful, and passionate about solving difficult problems. People who enjoy taking ownership, challenging conventional thinking, and continuously improving themselves and the products they create.

If you're looking for a place where your work matters, where your ideas are heard, and where you can help build technologies that will have a lasting environmental impact, we'd love to meet you.

Join us in engineering a cleaner, smarter future.
