Full job description

Parker Pet Care is a comprehensive animal care service provider, operating in Toronto since 1945. We offer overnight care, daycare, grooming and training for dogs, and overnight care for cats.

We are looking to add a new team member to our Client Care team full time at our West Hill (Meadowvale and Sheppard) location

Individuals with professional animal experience will be seriously considered, however, this is not a requirement for this role, although any individual applying should have personal experience with animals through owning their own pets. Our biggest priority is the ability to deliver excellent customer service based on a foundation of respect and compassion using excellent written and spoken communication.

Addresses:

1381 Meadowvale Rd. (Meadowvale and Sheppard)

Client Care staff are scheduled based on office hours below:

Monday to Friday: 7am to 7pm

Saturday 8am to 4pm

Sunday 10am to 6pm

Sample shifts: 6:30am to 1pm, 12:30pm to 7pm, 6:30am to 7pm (once per week only), 7:30am to 4pm (Saturdays), 9:30am to 6pm (Sundays)
