Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant

SPINEGUYS Chiropractic, Massage & Laser is a busy, patient-focused well-established healthcare clinic. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team.

If you enjoy working with people, are detail oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits our clinic. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Scheduling appointments using our computerized office system (ChiroSUITE)
  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with new patient orientation
  • Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and comfortable clinic environment
  • Supporting our healthcare team with various administrative duties

No chiropractic or ChiroSUITE experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Schedule

28-32 hours per week over 3-4 days:

  • Tuesday: Full day
  • Wednesday: Afternoon to early evening
  • Friday: Full day
  • Saturday (3 per month): Morning to early afternoon

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting wage: $20.00 per hour
  • Hourly incentive bonus program available after successful completion of the probationary period. (average $5/hour)
