We are a reputable Mazda dealership in Ontario committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle care. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

The Parts Counter Person is responsible for assisting both retail customers and internal service technicians with parts inquiries, orders, and inventory needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and technicians at the counter, by phone, and by email with parts identification, availability, and pricing
  • Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
  • Maintain parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, labeling, and organizing
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients
  • Use dealership software to manage parts transactions
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of required parts
  • Maintain a clean, organized parts area and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive parts counter experience (Mazda or Japanese brands preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (Serti/Keyloop)
  • Communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record
