  • Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support related to benefits verification, reimbursement processing, and patient assistance programs.
  • Coordinate communication among patients, physicians, clinics, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams.
  • Process and maintain documentation, including enrollment forms, reimbursement paperwork, and patient records.
  • Perform accurate data entry and ensure information is updated across multiple systems.
  • Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with stakeholders to support timely patient access to treatment.
  • Identify and escalate complex or non-routine issues according to established procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with privacy legislation, company policies, GxP standards, and program requirements.
  • Meet service level expectations while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Basic Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (college diploma) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ year of related experience in customer service, healthcare administration, patient support, reimbursement, benefits verification, or a call centre environment.
  • Experience performing data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Experience working within a Patient Support Program (PSP).
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, benefits verification, prior authorization, or insurance processes.
  • Experience supporting patients within healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or insurance environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, case management systems, or healthcare documentation workflows.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of provincial and private drug reimbursement programs.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily desk-based role requiring extended periods of computer and telephone use.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of administrative tasks, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
