Part-Time Dayside Crew Member

Starting Wage: $19.25 per hour

What Dayside Means:Dayside availability means being consistently available to work at least two peak periods throughout the year during weekdays. Peak periods typically include breakfast (6:00 AM to 9:00 AM), lunch (11:00 AM to 1:00 PM), and dinner (4:00 PM to 7:00 PM).

A Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly the same. As a Crew Member, you may work in the kitchen, front counter, Drive-Thru, dining room, or beverage station supporting restaurant operations and delivering great guest experiences.

Your day may include:

• Preparing food and beverages to McDonald’s quality standards
• Serving guests at the front counter, Drive-Thru, or dining area
• Assembling dine-in, take-out, mobile, and delivery orders
• Taking guest orders and processing payments accurately
• Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, dining areas, and washrooms
• Stocking supplies and assisting with maintaining restaurant organization
• Working together with your team in a fast-paced environment
• Following food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• No prior experience required; experience in food service or customer service is an asset

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Flexible daytime schedule: 4 to 8 hours per shift, 3-5 days per week based on availability
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment
