What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the heartbeat of our operations! Answer calls, respond to emails, and main part keeping tech's booked up on the schedule
  • Keep the workflow running smoothly! Work alongside another scheduler to coordinate job assignments and ensure timely installations.
  • Stay organized and efficient! Maintain production schedules and optimize job timelines.
  • Be the go-to person! Make sure materials are in and ready, then schedule the right team to get the job done.
  • Utilize technology! Work with QuickBooks and Service Titan
  • Making sure revenue targets are hit daily through schedule

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and demand planning.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask like a pro.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be comfortable with computers – we use them every day!
  • Experienced in Service Titan is a bonus
