We're Hiring: Full-Cycle Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online Proficient)
We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Full-Cycle Accountant to manage the complete accounting process — from transaction entry to financial reporting — with strong hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Maintain general ledger and month-end/year-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and manage multi-entity and multi-currency books (if applicable)
- Generate custom reports from QuickBooks for internal use
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory filings (GST/HST/QST, payroll remittances, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, tax advisors)
- Knowledge of Quebec & Ontario base corp requirements
✅ Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Online)
- Post-secondary education in accounting or finance (CPA designation an asset)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel and other accounting tools is a plus
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset (if in Quebec or Canada-wide)
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
