Part-Time Clinic Receptionist (Outgoing & People-Focused)

Locations:

• 1308 Webber Greens Dr NW, Edmonton, AB T5R 0W1

Phone: 780-760-1920

Hours:

Mon–Fri 7:30am–9:30pm • Sat 8:30am–6pm • Sun 9:30am–5:30pm

Shifts vary and include days, evenings, and weekends.

We’re hiring a part-time Clinic Receptionist who is organized, quick-thinking, tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoys working with people. A sense of humour—and a stash of memes—never hurts.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you’ll support smooth clinic operations by greeting clients, managing bookings, handling insurance claims, answering phones, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional service that encourages repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver knowledgeable, friendly service to every client
  • Promote the Renewal Loyalty Program
  • Manage appointment bookings and client files
  • Answer phones and provide clinic information
  • Process billing and insurance claims
  • Complete daily financial reconciliation
  • Maintain a clean clinic and manage laundry
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Work confidently in Jane software
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literate; comfortable multitasking
  • Professional, mature, and self-motivated
  • Enjoys client interaction and teamwork
  • Accurate with data entry
  • Previous office or customer service experience
  • Insurance processing experience is an asset
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Clean criminal record
