Responsibilities

  • Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
  • Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss goals and expectations
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress
  • Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Stay current with industry best practices, techniques, and continuing education requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to all licensing regulations and professional standards of practice
