Are you a skilled and motivated Registered Massage Therapist eager to grow in a supportive, energetic clinic setting?

We’re excited to welcome a full-time RMT to our Airdrie location, where you’ll step into an established caseload and become part of a thriving, multidisciplinary team.

At Optimum Wellness, collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll work closely with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and acupuncturists to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care in a holistic healthcare environment.

We are seeking a full-time Registered Massage Therapist (part-time will be considered) with availability for morning and evening shifts until 8:00 pm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to assume an existing practice while continuing to build and expand your own client base, making a real difference in the health of our community.

Key Qualifications:

  • Registered Massage Therapist designation in Alberta
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of an integrated healthcare team
  • Availability for evening shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client needs and create individualized treatment plans based on health history and goals
  • Accurately document treatments using medical terminology and complete SOAP notes
  • Clearly communicate with clients about techniques, treatment outcomes, and ongoing care plans
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
