Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services focused on recovery, pain relief, relaxation, and overall well-being. Located inside a pickleball facility, our clinic serves both active individuals and members seeking recovery and wellness support in a welcoming, client-focused environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to creating a positive experience and delivering personalized treatments tailored to each client’s needs.

Duties

  • Perform therapeutic massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities.
  • Assess client conditions and discuss treatment plans to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients during each session.
  • Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance ongoing health benefits.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
  • Promote additional wellness services offered by the facility to enhance client satisfaction.

Experience

  • Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client conditions and treatment documentation.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential to create a welcoming environment and foster client loyalty.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively discussing treatment plans and addressing client needs.
