Experience/Skills:

• 2 years of previous experience is an asset.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, with good time management skills.
• Able to adapt to different situations, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible to our guests!

Duties:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the products and menu items offered.
• Maintain consistency in preparing and plating food.
• Adapting to guest requests and modifications, while maintaining product quality.
• Maintain proper rotation of product, to ensure minimal spoilage.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace/ equipment throughout shift.
• Assist with standard cleaning duties.
• Follow all food and beverage procedures, policies, and standards.
• Communicate efficiently with other hotel departments and team members.
• Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
• Other duties may be required, and can be expanded on during the interview process.
