The Celtic Hearth & Bridie Molloy's is searching for a passionate, energetic, and hands-on Front of House Manager to drive our legendary guest experience. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead, coach, and energize our front of house crew—be the spark that keeps the team motivated and guests smiling.
  • Deliver WOW moments for every guest, turning first-timers into regulars and regulars into raving fans.
  • Run the show—from opening to last call, you'll keep the floor buzzing and operations seamless.
  • Train and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff—help your team grow and succeed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure every plate and pint is perfect.
  • Support epic live entertainment nights and special events—be part of the action!
  • Keep an eye on the numbers—manage staffing, inventory, and costs like a pro.
  • Promote a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for guests and staff alike.

What Makes You a Star:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a busy restaurant or pub (or transferable experience).
