With hands-on experience owning and operating our own beauty brands and clinics, we bring insider knowledge and proven strategies to every client we work with.

We are seeking a Marketing Strategist who thinks like an in-house CMO for each of our clients — someone who can own the full marketing narrative, translate brand vision into actionable strategy, and keep every moving part aligned.

About the Role

As a Marketing Strategist at Elevation Partner, you will serve as the strategic brain behind our clients' marketing ecosystems. You will own client relationships, develop comprehensive marketing strategies, and ensure every campaign, piece of content, and touchpoint reflects the client's brand voice and growth objectives. This is not a siloed role — you will be embedded across paid media, organic content, influencer campaigns, CRM flows, and sales enablement, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable results.

You must be a creative thinker, a strong communicator, and a confident account manager who makes clients feel like they have a dedicated internal marketing team in their corner.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Account Management

- Develop and own monthly and quarterly marketing strategies for a portfolio of beauty, wellness, and aesthetics clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships and delivering consistent strategic guidance.

- Lead client check-ins, marketing sprints, and strategy reviews, presenting clear reporting and actionable insights.

- Translate client goals into integrated marketing plans spanning paid ads, organic social, influencer, email/SMS, and CRM automation.

- Proactively identify growth opportunities and present data-backed recommendations to clients.

Campaign Oversight & Execution Coordination

- Collaborate with paid media buyers, content creators, designers, and SDRs to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

- Review campaign performance across all channels and identify optimizations for ROAS, lead quality, and brand consistency.

- Write or contribute to briefs, ad angles, content calendars, campaign frameworks, and brand messaging.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs across Meta, Google, organic social, and CRM platforms, delivering weekly performance reports.

AI-Powered Marketing

- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) to accelerate content creation, audience research, campaign ideation, and reporting.

- Use AI-driven insights to improve ad targeting, personalize client communications, and streamline workflow efficiency.

- Stay current on emerging AI marketing tools and proactively integrate them into client strategies.

Brand & Creative Direction

- Ensure all client-facing content and campaigns maintain a unified, elevated aesthetic consistent with brand guidelines.

- Contribute to creative feedback loops with designers and content teams to produce high-performing assets.

- Understand the nuances of the beauty and wellness consumer and craft messaging that resonates authentically.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or account management (agency experience strongly preferred).

- Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-channel marketing strategies from scratch.

- Strong proficiency with AI marketing tools and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI into daily workflows.

- Experience managing client accounts and communicating strategy clearly to non-marketing stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of paid media (Meta & Google Ads), organic social, email/SMS marketing, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher required).

- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading data, drawing insights, and adjusting strategy accordingly.

- Creative instincts paired with a results-oriented, performance-driven approach.

- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and deadlines.

- Experience in the beauty, wellness, medspa, or aesthetics industries.

- Background in influencer marketing or content creator partnerships.

- Familiarity with automation tools, Zapier, or marketing tech stacks.

- Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, or funnel building.
