MetaEngines is hiring a Marketing & Sales Director who can create UGC , sell, educate, and build pipeline at startup speed in the booming AI space.
This is for someone who understands that in 2026, content is not separate from sales.
Content creates attention.

Your job is to connect all of it.
Who We Are?
MetaEngines is building AI-powered content and sales engines for businesses, creators, influencers, and companies with existing attention.
We are not an agency.
We build custom systems that help companies create better content, automate lead conversations, qualify prospects, book calls, and close more revenue.
Our two core products are:
The Content Engine
An AI-powered system that helps brands create high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and beyond.
The Sales Engine
An AI-native chatbot and conversational sales system that works across DMs, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other channels to qualify, nurture, book, and close leads.
You will use these tools for your own sales pipeline and sell them to our clients. Using the solution yourself to generate the lead makes selling the tool back to that lead that much easier.
We already have:
- Almost social media 20,000 followers
- A proven content strategy that works
- A lead list of over 25,000 prospects
- Hot leads that need closing now
- In-house developers to support AI agents, automations, funnels, and CRM workflows
- A product that is live, sellable, and built for this exact market of businesses that want to use AI to streamline their operations
Now we need the person who can turn this machine into revenue.
The Role
This is a hybrid role across influencer style content creation in the AI education space, B2B sales (taking real calls), and funnel building.
You need to be comfortable making short-form videos of yourself explaining how to use AI.
You need to understand how to build trust online.
You need to know how to sell B2B on a call.
You need to understand AI tools well enough to educate business owners and executives.
And you need to be willing to move fast.
You will be expected to create at least one video per day on our winning MetaEngines Instagram page in the AI education space.
Not generic corporate content.
Sharp, useful, high-trust content that explains how to use AI tools in business, build authority, creates demand, and drives prospects into the funnel.
If you can post 2–3 strong videos per day with our team, the upside becomes much bigger. More content means more conversations. More conversations mean more pipeline. More pipeline means more commission.
What You Will Own
You will own the content-to-revenue motion.
That includes:
- Creating daily short-form AI education content
- Turning our audience into qualified sales conversations
- Working our 25,000-person lead list through email campaigns
- Following up with hot leads
- Helping build AI-powered sales funnels with our developers
- Using our Sales Engine to automate lead qualification and follow-up
- Selling the Content Engine and Sales Engine to clients
- Explaining AI tools and workflows in a way that builds trust
- Testing hooks, offers, scripts, CTAs, and funnel angles
- Closing deals and driving revenue
You will work directly with the CEO and internal development team.
This is not a role where you wait for perfect instructions.
We need ownership.
What You Need to Understand
You should already be familiar with AI tools and modern content workflows.
Bonus if you actively use tools like:
- Claude
- ChatGPT
- Higgsfield
- Runway
- Midjourney
- ElevenLabs
- ManyChat
- Zapier / Make
- HubSpot or similar CRMs
- AI video and agent tools
You do not need to be a developer.
But you do need to be fast, curious, and credible enough to educate prospects on how AI content systems, chatbot funnels, and sales agents can actually make them money.
