Full job description

We’re looking for a senior growth marketer who has a proven track record of building brands online. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead social media growth for our brands, run paid ad campaigns, launch landing pages, manage email marketing, and help us build out client digital services.

If you’ve successfully grown a brand’s online presence through content and social, launched landing pages that convert, run paid campaigns with real results, and have experience with email marketing, we’d like to hear from you.

This is a senior-level role. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on experience across brand building, landing pages, paid advertising, and email marketing.

About Electronic Traffic

Electronic Traffic is a brand-building and local business promotion company that specializes in premium print and digital media. We publish four lifestyle and real estate magazines and create integrated marketing campaigns for premium businesses across Muskoka, Simcoe, and the GTA.

We’re growing our digital side and putting more focus on social media, landing pages, and email marketing.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead social media strategy and growth for our two premium Muskoka brands, Cayman Marshall and Dockside. The goal is to build strong presence, engagement, and community with a high-end feel.
  • Create and direct fresh, high-quality content, including social posts and short-form video, especially Reels.
  • Design and launch landing pages with a premium feel that actually convert, for both our own brands and client campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns, mainly on Meta and Instagram. This includes strategy, creative, targeting, testing, and reporting on performance.
  • Plan, run, and improve email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, nurture sequences, and tracking results.
  • Look after client social media work, creating content and managing accounts, while helping us develop scalable social media and email services we can offer clients.
  • Contribute to the longer-term strategy for growing our own brands online and building repeatable digital marketing services for clients.

You’ll have a lot of autonomy in this role and a real chance to shape how we approach digital marketing as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in growth or digital marketing, with solid experience in social media growth, content creation, landing pages, paid ads, and email marketing.
  • A proven track record of helping build and grow a brand’s online presence. We’ll want to see examples and results.
  • Experience launching and optimizing landing pages, running paid ad campaigns, and running email campaigns with measurable results.
  • Good creative and design judgment. You should understand what premium, high-quality content looks like and be able to create or direct it, especially Reels and social assets.
  • Comfortable using modern landing page builders, email platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting while delivering good work.
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional but approachable tone.
  • Bonus points if you have agency or client-facing experience, or if you’ve worked with lifestyle or real estate brands.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote role with 8-4 or 9-5 EST hours and weekends off.
  • Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and results.
  • The chance to work on premium brands and interesting client projects in a growing company.
  • A good amount of autonomy to build and improve digital marketing systems and processes.
  • A collaborative team that cares about doing good work and growing sustainably.

How to Apply

We require a portfolio for this role. Applications without one won’t be considered.

Please send your resume and a portfolio (or examples) that shows:

  • Work where you helped grow a brand’s online presence
  • Landing pages you’ve designed or launched
  • Paid ad campaigns and/or email campaigns you’ve managed, ideally with results

In your note or cover letter, tell us about one brand or project where you drove real growth online.

We’re reviewing applications as they come in and will move quickly for the right person.
