Role Summary

MediaNV is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team in Canada. In this client-facing role, you’ll guide clients’ marketing success through strategic insight, strong relationships, and measurable results. You will lead the full client lifecycle—from onboarding through long-term retention—while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver smart, growth-focused digital campaigns. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with sharp communication skills, business acumen, and deep knowledge of digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Lead and coordinate data-driven campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Own client relationships end-to-end, collaborating closely with sales, account management, and creative teams.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and negotiate with vendors to maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Oversee content development and social media engagement strategies.
  • Prepare and present clear, insightful performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing strategy across multiple client accounts, including acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives
  • Develop and deliver monthly performance reports that clearly communicate ROI, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness to clients
  • Manage and optimize SEO strategies including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content structure to improve organic visibility and lead generation
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms with a focus on ROAS and cost-per-acquisition efficiency

Client Relationship & Account Leadership

  • Cultivate strong, strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers, including founders and executive teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for client success, ensuring communication is proactive, clear, and solutions-oriented.
  • Deliver structured business reviews, future-growth plans, and performance insights that reinforce value and drive long-term retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and CRM platforms, including Salesforce.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development is an asset.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
