Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in developing and executing compelling digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and analytics tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative campaigns across various platforms, including e-commerce channels, while utilizing industry-leading tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Hootsuite. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for digital trends.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with BioAro’s vision, focusing on genomics, health, and precision medicine topics.
  • Social Media Management – Create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) to enhance BioAro’s digital presence.
  • Engagement & Community Growth – Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with influencers, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders.
  • Graphic & Video Content Creation – Design high-quality visuals, short videos, and reels using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other platforms to make content visually appealing.
  • Blog & Copywriting – Write engaging and informative articles on genomics, personalized medicine, and BioAro services while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Monthly Newsletter Management – Prepare and send a well-designed, informative monthly newsletter to subscribers, featuring BioAro updates, industry news, and key content highlights.
  • Campaign Development – Assist in creating and managing digital campaigns for product launches, awareness initiatives, and promotional events aligned with BioAro’s goals.
  • Support in Event Planning – Assist in organizing, promoting, and covering both online and offline events, including webinars, conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Develop the brand – Planning and executing the overall direction of master brand. Defining and managing the marketing vision, strategy, positioning and budget.
  • Build a lead generator – Generating demand for our products and services, segmenting markets, developing ICPs and personas to drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation with digital and social activities across regions and markets.
  • Wire/Press release – Coordination with the internal team and the wire service provider.
  • Webinar Management – Overseeing the webinar during the live session, addressing technical issues, managing Q&A sessions, and ensuring a smooth flow of the presentation. Coordinating with presenters to ensure they are prepared, have the required resources, and are familiar with the webinar platform. Recording the webinar for future reference and archiving purposes, making it accessible to those who couldn't attend the live event and posting event on the social & Professional media platforms etc.
  • Performs task as required.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management within an e-commerce environment is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Facebook Advertising is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively.
