Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is seeking a Global Delivery & Offshore leader to mature, and scale BDO's global delivery capability across India, Mauritius, LATAM, and future delivery centres.
This role will establish a unified operating model that enables service lines to leverage global talent effectively while delivering enterprise-grade services to clients. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, utilization, profitability, workforce planning, and continuous innovation across the offshore ecosystem.
As BDO continues to move up-market, enterprise clients increasingly expect global delivery models, 24x7 support, follow-the-sun operations, AI-enabled delivery, and optimized delivery economics. This leader will build the capabilities required to meet those expectations while creating a competitive advantage for BDO.
BDO has established multiple offshore delivery centres that have grown independently over time. As demand for enterprise-scale managed services and consulting delivery increases, BDO requires a unified global delivery strategy that:

This role will partner closely with Advisory leadership, Managed Services, Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Technology to build a world-class global delivery organization.
Key Responsibilities
Global Delivery Strategy

Develop and execute BDO Canada's global delivery strategy aligned with Advisory growth objectives.

Define the future-state operating model across India, Mauritius, LATAM, and future delivery centres.

Establish consistent governance, policies, processes, and service standards across all locations.
-
Develop a multi-year roadmap for expanding global delivery capabilities.
Operating Model & Governance
-
Standardize delivery methodologies, onboarding processes, quality standards, KPIs, and governance across delivery centres.
-
Establish executive governance forums with business leaders and delivery centre leadership.
-
Define capacity planning, workforce management, escalation, and performance management processes.
-
Develop standardized reporting for utilization, productivity, quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Service Line Partnership
-
Partner with Advisory service line leaders to proactively understand future talent and delivery requirements.

Build scalable offshore workforce plans aligned to business growth.
-
Identify opportunities to offshore new capabilities and functions across Advisory.
-
Act as the strategic advisor to practice leaders on global delivery models.
Global Delivery Model

Design and implement repeatable global delivery models that combine:

Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks impacting delivery.
Financial Performance

Own overall utilization and profitability of the offshore program.

Optimize resource mix across locations.

Improve offshore leverage ratios.

Monitor financial performance against targets.

Develop business cases for expansion into new delivery centres.
Innovation & Value Creation

Create structured innovation programs for non-billable capacity.

Develop industry accelerators, reusable assets, AI capabilities, and intellectual property.

Partner with service lines to develop delivery automation.

Promote knowledge sharing and cross-centre collaboration.
Talent Strategy

Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning.
