Diligence Wealth Management is looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial people who want to build a business in wealth management, while benefiting from the mentorship, experience, and infrastructure of a team that has already built successful advisory practices.

No finance experience is required. We’re looking for people with drive, confidence, and strong communication skills.

Early on, the role is heavily focused on business development — prospecting, networking, relationship-building, and creating new client opportunities. Over time, you’ll work toward becoming a licensed Investment Advisor, developing your own client relationships and ultimately building a business of your own.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and grow a network of prospective clients
  • Participate in client meetings alongside experienced advisors
  • Learn investment, portfolio, and wealth management strategies
  • Develop the skills required to manage long-term client relationships
  • Work toward the licensing required to become an Investment Advisor

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluency in either French or English; bilingualism is an asset, but not required
  • Experience in sales, athletics, leadership, or financial services considered an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree is an asset, but not required
  • Valid driver’s licence is an asset
