Coordinateur de Production – QUART DE SOIR

Ce que vous allez faire

Vous serez une partie intégrante de notre département de production, où vous apporterez vos connaissances, l'expérience et la créativité dans la gestion efficace et l'amélioration des procédés d'assemblage utilisés dans la fabrication de nos produits. Vous aurez aussi à collaborer régulièrement avec les différentes divisions de notre département R & D.

Dans une journée typique vous allez...

  • Superviser le processus de fabrication, veiller à ce que les marchandises produites rencontrent les exigences d'assurance qualité et s’assurer des délais de livraison
  • Fournir une expertise technique pour soutenir et optimiser le processus de fabrication en utilisant le système de fabrication LEAN
  • Revoir les spécifications techniques, aider à élaborer des instructions des nouvelles procédures de travail et gérer leur impact sur les méthodes de fabrication
  • Supprimer les obstacles à la réalisation des objectifs de l'équipe en facilitant la résolution de problèmes et la collaboration
  • Soutenir les membres de l'équipe par le biais de l'induction; veiller à ce qu'ils possèdent les connaissances nécessaires pour travailler efficacement dans le cadre de l'équipe
  • Tenir à jour l’équipe de gestion quant aux avancées et obstacles des projets; participer à la réalisation des résolutions aux problèmes identifiés
  • Promouvoir un environnement de travail sain et assurer la santé et sécurité de l’équipe de travail

Vos qualifications

  • Une combinaison d'une formation académique applicable en ingénierie et d'une expérience de supervision pertinente dans un environnement de fabrication
  • Disponibilité Lun-Ven pendant le quart de 15H00 à 23H30
  • Solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles; sens de l'urgence et capacité à prioriser
  • Connaissances en informatique (MS Office, etc.)

Votre atout principal

  • Expérience de travail dans l'industrie HVAC, ou dans la manufacture de produits électromécaniques
  • Être bilingue : anglais et français couramment (parlé/écrit)

Production Coordinator - EVENING SHIFT

What you’ll do

You will be an integral part of our Production department, where you will contribute your knowledge, experience and creativity into the efficient management and the improvement of the assembly processes used in the fabrication of our products. You will also regularly collaborate with the different divisions of our R&D department.

On a typical day you will…

  • Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that goods produced meet quality assurance and production delay requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise to support and optimize the manufacturing process using LEAN manufacturing principles
  • Review engineering specifications, help develop work instructions, and manage their impact on the manufacturing methods
  • Remove obstacles to the achievement of team’s goals by facilitating problem solving and collaboration, and recognizing team and individual accomplishments
  • Support team members through induction; ensure that they have the necessary knowledge to effectively perform as part of the team
  • Keep the management team informed of accomplishments and ongoing issues; participate in achieving resolutions to identified issues
  • Ensure maintenance of work environment and all areas of Health & Safety relevant to the team

What we look for

Your qualifications

  • A combination of an applicable academic background in Engineering and relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Availability Monday to Friday during the 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift
  • Strong analytical and organizational competencies; highly developed sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Computer literate (MS Office, etc.)

Your assets

  • Experience in the field of HVAC or electronic/mechanical manufacturing
  • Bilingual (EN/FR)
