Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager in our growing company, you will play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting market activities. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that customers' needs are met and that their experience with our products is exceptional. In addition to your sales and customer service skills, you will conduct market research by visiting supermarkets to check for expired products or shortages and work directly with market owners to resolve these issues. You will also be involved in handling various market activities to support sales growth. Your ability to connect with clients, perform effective market research, and maintain strong relationships will be key to our success.

Qualifications:

  • Having a Canadian work permit.
  • Proficiently use basic office software.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of retail sales, cold-calling techniques, and market research.
  • Being able to work off-site, mostly in Vancouver and Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research by visiting supermarkets to monitor inventory for expired products or shortages and work with market owners to address and correct these issues.
  • Engage in sales activities, including account management and outside sales, to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
  • Support market activities, such as promotions or events, to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer inventories, place orders, and track order production.
  • Organize the supermarket shelf as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
