Spartan Enhanced Property Management
Full-Time
Edmonton, Alberta

Spartan Enhanced Property Management is currently seeking a licensed and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive individual who can oversee residential and commercial property operations while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage rental operations across assigned properties
  • Handle lease administration, renewals, notices, and tenant communication
  • Collect and manage rent payments and arrears follow-up
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and service providers
  • Conduct move-in, move-out, annual, and routine inspections
  • Complete and oversee mandatory inspections for the entire Spartan Enhanced portfolio, including all properties under Property Management and Facility Management divisions
  • Maintain detailed inspection records, reports, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and property records
  • Ensure properties remain compliant with Alberta regulations and company standards
  • Address tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Support overall property operations and portfolio management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Property Management License.
  • Minimum two (2) years of licensed industry experience within the past five (5) years in Alberta
  • Strong knowledge of Alberta residential tenancy regulations and property management practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently
  • Experience with inspections, tenant relations, and lease management is required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
