By cultivating a culture of trust, reliability, and continuous improvement, they inspire and motivate employees to reach their full potential, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.


YOU ARE:

  • An experienced General Manager who cultivates strong leadership skills to mentor, inspire, and motivate teams. Fostering a culture of growth and performance
  • Able to drive sales and profit while maintaining production and operational standards
  • An entrepreneur who will strengthen the Cactus brand by challenging the status quo and inspiring the future generation of leaders within the organization
  • A proven recruiter who is able to attract and select top talent
  • An expert communicator with the ability to build relationships with fellow partners through confidence, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Occupational First Aid and Safe Liquor Service certified
