Scovan is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary energy projects from initiation through delivery. This is a highly visible role for a leader who can bring people together, anticipate barriers, protect project commitments, and create an exceptional experience for clients.

The Opportunity

Project Managers at Scovan are leaders, problem solvers, and bridge builders. You will be the face of the organization with clients while leading designers, engineers, project controllers, vendors, and suppliers toward successful project outcomes. You will establish and optimize execution strategies throughout the project lifecycle, stay close enough to the technical work to support sound decisions, and create the accountability needed to deliver.

What You'll Own

· Lead the project team, balance workloads, assign resources, and keep people focused on deadlines and priorities.

· Own project initiation and maintain scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and execution strategy throughout the project lifecycle.

· Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and continually improve the customer experience.

· Provide accountability and governance for the project team while communicating effectively with management, clients, vendors, and internal disciplines.

· Identify operational barriers early and improve the reliability and quality of project deliverables.

· Pursue engineering excellence by finding opportunities to automate, optimize, improve productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen engineering deliverables.

· Ensure project execution aligns with Scovan’s Professional Practice Management Plan (PPMP).

About You

You combine technical credibility with strong people and project leadership. You take ownership of results, communicate candidly, and are comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy solving problems, improving how work gets done, and creating clarity across multidisciplinary teams.

· Bachelor of Science in Engineering with oil and gas industry-related experience.

· APEGA Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).

· 10-15 years of project management experience.

· PMP certification is considered an asset.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office software.

· Demonstrated leadership, accountability, initiative, teamwork, innovative thinking, and problem solving.

Pay: $160,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
