Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits and reconciliation of cash registers.
  • Develop and implement budgets to maximize profitability while controlling costs.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
  • Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of products.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
