DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER

Greater Vancouver Area, BC

Full-Time | Permanent

$45.00 – $48.00 per hour

A well-established, multi-provider dental Private practice in the Greater Vancouver area is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, results-oriented professional with strong dental operations, team leadership, and practice management experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both clinical and administrative teams while helping drive operational excellence and an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations
  • Lead, mentor, and support administrative team members
  • Manage staff scheduling and coverage
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Support team performance and accountability initiatives
  • Monitor scheduling efficiency and production goals
  • Coordinate payroll and administrative processes
  • Oversee accounts receivable and financial workflows
  • Manage vendor relationships and office administration
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
  • Support operational improvements and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of dental industry experience required
  • Strong understanding of dental practice operations
  • Experience supervising and leading teams
  • Experience with payroll, scheduling, and administrative systems
  • Experience with dental practice management software required
  • Tracker software experience considered a strong asset
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
