What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the performance and results of our sales department.

  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Create a culture of accountability, urgency and success
  • Develop and implement strategies promoting early renewal and client retention efforts
  • Manage daily sales activity, opportunities and client follow-up
  • Support the team in structuring, negotiating and closing deals
  • Maximize new and pre-owned vehicle sales and overall performance
  • Maintain strong inventory management and merchandising standards
  • Ensure every client receives a premium, luxury experience
  • Build repeat and referral business through exceptional relationship management
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve overall business objectives
  • Hold yourself and your team accountable to the highest standards
