Job Title: Store Supervisor (K-Beauty & Lifestyle)

Job Type: Full-time (30-40 hours/week)

Location: CF Markville, Markham, ON

Compensation: $19.50 – $22.00 per hour (commensurate with qualifications and experience), plus Monthly Performance Bonus tied to Store KPIs.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, and experienced Store Supervisor to help lead our CF Markville team. As a key leader in our store, you will champion operational excellence and foster a culture of beauty education and outstanding client service. You will be the driving force behind our store’s daily operations, team development, and sales performance, ensuring a VIP-level shopping experience for every customer.

Your Impact (Core Responsibilities):

• Sales & KPI Management: Drive store profitability and meet or exceed assigned sales goals through strategic planning and team motivation. You will track daily sales and work collaboratively with your team to achieve monthly store KPIs to earn your Monthly Performance Bonus.
• Team Empowerment & Education: Exercise decision-making authority over daily staff scheduling and shift assignments to ensure optimal floor coverage. Foster a positive, inclusive team environment by providing mentorship, and specialized training on K-Beauty product knowledge and consultative sales techniques.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including elevating visual merchandising standards, ensuring hygienic tester maintenance, and executing rigorous expiry management. Ensure the meticulous processing of daily transactions, cash register balances, and bank deposits.
• Trusted Keyholder: Act as the primary point of contact to manage and gracefully resolve store emergencies (e.g., security alarms, staffing emergencies, IT crisis) outside of regular scheduled working hours. Serve as the confident on-site management representative during unannounced inspections by government authorities.
• Digital Brand Building: Participate voluntarily in the creation of store-level digital content (e.g., photos or short videos) for our social media channels to showcase product trends and daily store energy.

Your Profile (Requirements):

• Experience (Strict Requirement): You must have a minimum of 2 years of general retail experience PLUS 2 years of retail management/supervisory experience.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Given our predominantly Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking customer base at this location, proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred and considered a major asset.
• Operational & Physical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work hands-on on the sales floor, safely lift up to 30 lbs, and adhere strictly to polished, professional grooming standards.
• Availability: Flexible availability to work mall hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Please note that vacation requests during designated peak retail periods (Blackout Periods such as Black Friday week, Boxing Day, etc.) will generally not be approved due to operational needs.
