The Role : We are looking for an energetic and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our CF Markville team. You will be the driving force behind our store’s daily operations, team development, and delivering an exceptional, tailored beauty shopping experience for every customer.

What You Will Do :

  • Leadership & Team Development :
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor sales associates to achieve and exceed store sales targets.
  • Provide specialized training on K-Beauty product knowledge, skincare routines, and makeup trends.
  • Prepare work schedules, manage time-off requests, and monitor attendance in compliance with the Employment Standards Act (ESA).
  • Store Operations & Visual Merchandising :
  • Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually inspiring store environment that reflects our brand aesthetic.
  • Ensure testers and product displays are clean and strictly follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and monitoring product expiration dates.
  • Customer Experience & Sales :
  • Deliver a VIP-level customer experience through personalized beauty consultations.
  • Plan and execute seasonal and holiday promotions to drive traffic and boost sales metrics (e.g., Conversion Rate, UPT).
  • Build strong relationships with local customers and handle any inquiries or complaints with grace and professionalism.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience. (Experience in cosmetics/beauty retail is highly preferred).
  • Passion for Beauty: Deep interest and strong familiarity with Japanese and Korean fashion, skincare, and beauty products.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in a second language (such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Filipino, etc.) is considered a strong asset to effectively serve our diverse client base.
  • Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and staff coaching abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to work hands-on on the sales floor, handle stockroom duties, and safely lift up to 30 lbs.
