Role Description

Neurae is hiring Beauty Advisors! As a Beauty Advisor, your day-to-day tasks will include utilizing your cosmetology knowledge and product expertise to provide excellent customer service, retail sales support, and skincare advice to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Knowledge of skincare, hair care, makeup, and fragrance categories.
  • Retail Sales experience.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.
  • To meet and exceed monthly sales goals .
  • Greet and provide excellent customer service
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs.
  • Work independently and as part of the team
  • Attend all training sessions and meetings as required by the company
  • Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times
  • Work with the Boutique manager on day to day operations.
  • Candidates must have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule , including weekends and evenings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
