We are seeking 4 cleaning techs. Experience is not necessary.

  • You will earn $19/$21 per hour starting Day One of training
  • We provide all equipment and supplies.
  • We pay a generous gas bonus on every cheque
  • 1 FREE oil change every 12 months.

We provide:

  • Make $19 or $21 per hour Day 1. $23 per hour is our maximum rate.

  • Cleaning and Travel time paid at the same rate of $19 or $21 Day 1.
  • We will pair you up or you can work solo.
  • Ongoing access to 3 office staff to answer any questions.

We are seeking 4 dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • strong time management and organizational skills
  • vehicle and license
  • Monday to Friday availability 830am to 530pm
  • All Equipment and Cleaning Supplies are Provided by Take Time
  • Gas Bonus paid out on every paycheck at the same high rate of $19/$21
  • full time hours provided every week

Important Questions For You To Ask:

1. What is my Starting Rate Day 1 and What is the highest rate that I can aspire to? You will earn $19/$21 per hour starting Day One of training. Cleaners will always make$19/$21 per hour as the minimum rate. You are paid at the same rate while on the clock whether driving, cleaning, meetings at our office. We provide a large bonus increase at 12 months for those who qualify. This bonus is a significant increase in your earnings. Note: this is important because ads can be deceiving. Advertised start rates does not always mean Day 1 starting rate. Training is often paid at a lower rate than advertised.

Our highest rate is $23 per hour and you are paid the same rate whether you are cleaning, driving, attending meetings, etc.

2. Do I have to go to the office before work and again at the end of the day? No. Enjoy the extra sleep. You will see your schedule every morning in your app. You leave from home, complete your jobs, you’re done for the day. No need to return to the office at the end of your day when you’re tired or need to pick up kids. You come to the office once a week to replenish supplies.

3. Am I responsible for managing client keys? What happens if I lose a key? Key access is rarely assigned to cleaners. No worries!

4. Will I be paid for ACTUAL hours that I work? Absolutely! You’re paid for ALL time on the clock. If more time is required to complete a job, you are paid for it.

5. Will I be required to wash dirty laundry at home? No. All dirty laundry is professionally laundered. Clean sets are provided for you every week.

6. Will I have to buy my own vacuum and pay for its maintenance? No. We provide all equipment and maintenance. No heavy backpack vacuums where you risk damage to your back. (or knocking pictures off the walls behind you lol)

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, spot washing walls and windows using our Cleaning System.
  • Communicate with our office staff
  • Maintain accurate Time Sheets
  • Follow our Cleaning System to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and address any special requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service to foster positive relationships with clients.
