Industrial Maintenance Technician (Hydraulics Focus)
Headingley, MB
$24–$32/hour (based on experience)

At AMC Foam, we’re hiring a hands-on technician to support production equipment, hydraulic systems, and automated machinery in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

Whether you already have hydraulic experience or strong mechanical skills and want to develop them further — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Work On

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
  • Work with hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses)
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Support conveyors, motors, and automated systems
  • Contribute to improving equipment reliability and performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments (preferred, not required)
  • Basic understanding of hydraulics or willingness to learn
  • Ability to read diagrams or learn quickly
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Hydraulic troubleshooting experience
  • Millwright certification or maintenance background
  • Electrical or PLC exposure
  • Welding or fabrication experience
