Full job description

Now, we’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Delta team and help us continue delivering exceptional moving experiences.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the driving force behind daily operations—leading crews, keeping things organized, and ensuring every move runs smoothly and safely.

  • Lead, schedule, and support local crews, drivers, and warehouse staff
  • Oversee dispatch, paperwork, and payroll accuracy
  • Hire, coach, and develop team members
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance are always met
  • Manage warehouse operations and maintain high standards
  • Monitor quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance
  • Oversee fleet maintenance and operational efficiency

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of moving/relocation experience (cross-border is an asset)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Solid computer skills (experience with Pegasus/Web Ops/Camis is an asset)
  • Clean driving record & First Aid Certification
  • Ability to be hands-on when needed
