Client Services & Sales Associate — PostScan Mail / Certifix Live Scan

Location: Vancouver, BC

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused team member to help operate our Vancouver office. This location will support both PostScan Mail virtual mailbox services and Certifix Live Scan fingerprinting services.

This is a hands-on role that combines office operations, customer service, fingerprinting appointments, mail handling, and sales/support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable speaking with customers, detail-oriented, and interested in growing with a company expanding its Canadian operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers visiting the office for fingerprinting and related services
  • Operate fingerprinting equipment and assist with FBI background check and fingerprint card services
  • Receive, sort, scan, and process mail for PostScan Mail customers
  • Use internal software systems to manage mail items, customer requests, and service updates
  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person
  • Help customers understand Certifix Live Scan and PostScan Mail services
  • Follow up with leads and prospective business customers
  • Support Certifix sales efforts through outbound calls, emails, and appointment follow-ups
  • Assist with administrative tasks, office organization, and daily operations
  • Coordinate with our U.S. team for training, support, and escalations

Growth Path
This role may develop into either a Certifix Sales position or a Certifix Support / Operations position, depending on the candidate’s strengths and interests.

Sales-focused candidates may receive additional training in lead follow-up, business development, and fingerprinting service sales. Support-focused candidates may assist more with customer service, technical support, and operational coordination.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using computers, web-based software, and office equipment
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow step-by-step procedures
  • Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
  • Sales or customer support experience is a plus
  • Office, mailroom, shipping, administrative, or fingerprinting experience is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn fingerprinting systems, mail processing systems, and customer service workflows
