Medical Office Assistant for Cardiologist office

ForeMed Medical Clinic – New Westminster, BC

We are a busy medical clinic looking for a part time MOA Cardiologist office to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls/Check phone messages
  • Scheduling and booking
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mails and emails
  • Receive payments
  • Maintain medical charts
  • Faxing, filing, copying, scanning, linking
  • Bring patients into exam rooms, change over and tidy up rooms
  • Overall tidiness of the office
  • Clean and sterilize instruments, reshelve back to each room
  • Check supplies and re-stock in each exam room if necessary

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

· Efficient with time and able to multi-task in a busy environment

· Excellent communication skills

· Knowledge of ARYA- EMR or excellent computer skills is an asset

· Reliable, Flexible, Friendly and Professional

Required experience:

· Medical Office Assistant: 1 year

Compensation $22 per hour or it can be based on experience and skills

***Only experienced candidate will be called for interview***

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
